As Fall riding season winds down, now is the time to consider what your off-season training will look like!
In addition to your commitment to being on the saddle indoors during the Winter months, a well-designed Strength Training program can be key to enhancing your performance.
Any athlete, regardless of their sport, who is interested in elevating their performance for the next season, can benefit from off-season Strength Training.
In partnership with Thrive Fitness, owned by BCC member Steve Coons (R.Kin.,STR), we are pleased to offer an in-person Strength Training program right here in Barrie, starting in January 2021.

The program will not only emphasize exercises geared towards cycling strength and power, but also include exercises to utilize non-cycling specific musculature, along with hip/torso mobility and general function.
